Jacki and Deb, the mother-daughter team behind Hard Hat Hampers, sharing a hard hat
About Us

We Are Hard Hat Hampers

A mother-daughter business, made on the Sunshine Coast, built on a hospital visit and a lot of love. A great gift shouldn't be filled with fluff — it should mean something, especially when it's for a hardworking bloke who's been sidelined from the job.

Who's Behind It

Run by mum and daughter

These days it's rare — this is a proper family operation, no call centres, no faceless warehouse. Just the two of us.

  • Jacki — Tech Master. Runs the website, the orders, and everything behind the scenes that keeps Hard Hat Hampers ticking.
  • Deb — Packing Master. Every hamper that goes out the door is packed by hand, by Deb, with actual care — not a warehouse robot in sight.

Between us, we make sure every box feels like it was put together by people who genuinely give a damn. Because it was.

Our Promise

No gimmicks. No cheap fillers. Just quality gear.

Our hampers are made for tradies, builders, and the people who've got their back — whether that's an employer wanting to look after their crew, or a mate sending a bit of encouragement after an injury or illness.

We're here to make it easy to give gifts that actually matter. No gimmicks, no cheap fillers, and no alcohol — even if he's quietly hoping for a slab (we see you, mate). Just quality gear, honest value, and fast delivery Australia-wide, packed by hand with actual care. Because when a hard worker's off the tools, they deserve something that feels as solid as they are.

How It Started

Built on-site, by women who know the industry

Hard Hat Hampers started with Rob — Deb's husband and Jacki's dad. He's the kind of bloke who never stops, never slows down, and never asks for help. Eventually it caught up with him. He burnt himself out and ended up in hospital.

When his colleagues, suppliers and mates wanted to send something that actually meant something, there was nothing out there for a bloke like him. No decent hampers built for tradies. Just awkward flowers, or nothing at all.

A couple of years later, Jacki had the idea of Hard Hat Hampers. Jacki still loves getting out on building sites, because you can't build gifts for tradies without understanding what the job actually takes.

Our First Hamper

The Worksite Warrior

Our launch product, the Worksite Warrior Hamper, sets the tone: useful items for the long run, comfort for now, and a reminder that they're part of a crew that cares.

It's more than a gift — it's a nod of respect.

Our Why

Every tradie deserves to feel thought of

Tradies and construction workers give so much to the job — and when life knocks them off it, they're often left with a text message or a slab of beer as the only "gift." We want them to feel properly thought of, whether that's in a hospital bed or recovering at home on the couch.

So we make gifts for men without alcohol in them — even if he might quietly be hoping for one. Every product in our hampers has been hand-picked with the tradie life in mind: things that last, things that help, and things that hit the spot. We pack every single box ourselves, and we genuinely love knowing it might make someone's rough week a little better.
